We may collect the following categories of data:

Your data is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to your contact, demonstration or trial requests;
- Informing you of our content, webinars and news (if you have consented to this);
- Improving the operation and security of the site;
Legal basis
Each processing operation is based on a specific legal basis:
- the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract, to respond to your contact, demonstration or trial requests;
- your consent, for sending our content, webinars and news;
- our legitimate interest, to ensure the proper functioning, security and improvement of the site.
Retention period
Your data is retained for the period necessary for the purposes described above:
- prospect and business contact data: 3 years from your last contact;
- data linked to a contractual relationship: the duration of the contract, then archived in accordance with the applicable legal periods (accounting and tax, up to 10 years);
- browsing data and technical logs: 12 months maximum.
Recipients of the data
Your data is intended for the authorised departments of Sinfony. We use processors acting on our behalf, in compliance with the GDPR:
- HubSpot — customer relationship management, forms and appointment booking;
- OVH Cloud — website hosting;
- Google Fonts — provision of display fonts.
Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union; the transfers are then governed by appropriate safeguards, in particular the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Cookies
The site does not use advertising cookies. On your arrival, a banner allows you to accept or refuse cookies that are not strictly necessary. No measurement or tracking cookie is placed before your explicit consent. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Manage my cookies" link at the bottom of the page.
The services subject to your consent are:
- Google Analytics 4 (audience measurement): anonymised traffic statistics, to improve the site;
- HubSpot (browsing tracking & CRM): linking your browsing to our business exchanges — see HubSpot's cookie policy.
The display of fonts (Google Fonts) may also lead to your IP address being communicated to Google. You may also configure your browser to block or delete cookies.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
